We are now looking for another motivated and experienced Estimator to join this dynamic team.

The Estimator plays an integral role in overseeing the timely and consistent tear-down and reassembly of customer vehicles as they enter the LBS Advanced Repair Planning process. They perform walk-arounds with our customers, review MPI claims and damages, as well confirm proper amendments are made to MPI through the use of photo documentation and written explanations. They ensure these tasks are executed to the highest quality standards in a professional, responsible, and timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of damage and needed repairs.
- Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed and accurate estimates.
- Identify and document additional damage not initially seen during the first MPI inspection.
- Provide detailed explanations of repair estimates, costs, and repair timelines.
- Liaise with insurance estimators to negotiate repair costs and ensure alignment with insurance policies.
- Ensure all estimates comply with federal regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with Managers, Production Team Leads and Customer Service Representatives to help production run efficiently.
- Ensure professionalism within the team when dealing with external and internal customers both in person and on the phone.

- Comfortable working alone, but willing to collaborate as part of a team when necessary.

- Responds appropriately to the needs of others but strongly defends own opinion.
- Bases decisions mostly on observable behaviors and data.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and ability to operate manual vehicles.
- MUST have proven experience in collision repair and as an Estimator.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
