**Cranston Master Builder** is seeking a **highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate** to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about real estate, love connecting with people, and enjoy helping customers find their dream home, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet prospective homebuyers and provide exceptional on-site service
- Show model and available homes while effectively communicating key features and benefits
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions and recommendations
- Follow up with builder-generated leads to maintain engagement and drive sales
- Maintain and update internal sales tracker and documentation
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support community sales goals
- Highly driven and follow up leads on strict timeline

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially phone etiquette
- Ability to upsell and guide customers without compromising service quality
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

**Compensation & Benefits**:
