**IT Advisor (M365 Platform Coordinator)**

Hours of work: Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Flexible Work Role: Hybrid

Annual salary: $ 107,000.00 - 135,300.00

**What you'll do**
- A key member of the Enterprise Collaborations Solutions team, responsible for supporting existing M365 (Microsoft cloud)
services and enabling new business capabilities. This position provides operational management and technical expertise for
handle a wide range of service requests. They will also liaise with various stakeholders from the business and within the
Technology group.
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, capture, and synthesize business requirements, and provide M365 expert

guidance to stakeholders.
- Generate insights and prototype collaboration solutions to prove business value.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Provides input and recommendations to M365 product roadmaps and work programs.
- Provide input into business cases and technology plans.
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery and operations of M365 solutions.
- Manage budget, schedule and deliverables for operations and work programs.
- Ensures that the creation and maintenance of operational documentation and standard operating procedures are in place

to reduce support risk and inefficiency.
- Manage relationships with IT service vendors, providing direction on enhancements, and development work.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior business analysis on complex initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft M365 environments and related systems.
- Proven experience working within large enterprise organizations.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and provide clear direction.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent facilitation abilities to proactively engage multiple

internal stakeholder groups.
- Deep understanding of both technologies and business processes, with the ability to integrate technical and functional

perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks with varying degrees of complexity.
- Self-starter with a high level of results orientation.
- Proven ability to take ownership of issues, initiate actions, and make effective decisions.
