Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand in Hamilton to join our team of talented individuals providing exceptional services related to the landscape construction industry. The position of Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand will involve assisting in the daily management of maintenance projects for Oakridge Landscape Contractors.

**Job Details**:

- ** Position**:Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand
- ** Location**:Hamilton, ON.

**Pay**:

- $21 - $24 per hour.
- Benefits after 3 months of employment
- Company-matching RRSP is available after one year.

**Key Duties include**:

- Assisting foreperson in managing a crew of 3-5 people.
- Mowing grass.
- Flower bed maintenance.
- Pulling weeds.
- Trimming.
- Raking.
- Pruning.
- On occasion, drive company pickup and trailer.

**Job Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License “G” is required.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
- 3-5 years of field experience.
- Strong knowledge of job safety and safe work habits.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work long hours, some Saturdays may be required.
- Tolerance to various weather conditions.
