**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Management**: Develop and maintain a portfolio of healthcare industry clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Product Inquiry**: Proactively gather information about the products clients regularly use and identify potential gaps or opportunities.
- **Sales Execution**: Create and deliver custom quotes tailored to client requirements, effectively presenting the value proposition of our products.
- **Closing Sales**: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the client base and maximize commission potential.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our offerings effectively.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
**Requirements**:
- A reliable vehicle for travel to meet clients and attend appointments.
- A laptop with proficiency in standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software).
- Access to high-speed internet to handle online communications, research, and reporting.
- A mobile phone for seamless communication with clients and the sales team.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting; experience in the healthcare industry is a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
**Compensation**:
This role is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential. The more customers you manage and sales you close, the higher your monthly commission check. Your success is directly tied to your drive and performance.

Pay: $15,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
