**Responsibilities would include**:

- Develop and coach staff; conducting performance reviews, providing strategic communication to support head office initiatives, and creating positive change
- Responsible for profitability and growth for business within your team
- Contribute and drive the underwriting sales results
- Build client relationships by delivering superior customer service
- Currently holds a PEI Insurance License
- Minimum of three years experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Professional designation or actively enrolled in CAIB/CIP
- Has led a successful team of sales professionals and have a proven track record of identifying and developing talent through coaching
- Positive and energetic attitude inspires your team and enables you to decisively resolve problems and pursue goals
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
