At Northbridge, we offer customized insurance products and services for commercial clients in all four Atlantic Provinces. Our Summer Student will work with managers in Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Business Development departments, receiving an intro to all aspects of the Northbridge operation in Atlantic Canada.

Our Summer Student will assist our teams internally with administrative tasks and externally when working alongside business development engaging with our broker partners. They have strong customer service skills and are extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and have a desire to complete tasks quickly - while always wanting to lend a helping hand.

**You’re great at**:

- Providing administrative support and other related duties as needed
- Developing a solid understanding of systems, workflows, and guidelines to fulfill work assignments
- Working closely with business partners and co-workers to develop positive relationships

**If you have**:

- Completed or ongoing post-secondary education
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A demonstrated flexibility to work both independently and within a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
