Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with Production Manager and President regarding customer requirements
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, bank deposits
- Proficient in Microsoft Works & Quickbooks
- Prepare Work Orders, Close off upon completion
- Prepare Invoices and Packing Slips
- Prepare production reports; Heat treat reports
- Responsible for maintenance and distribution of all policies, procedures and forms
- Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, charts, graphs etc.
- Complete WSIB Claim forms as required
- Monitor uniform program to ensure it continues to run smoothly, sign up new employees
- Maintain finished goods inventory; prepare annual year end inventory reports
- Assist with orientation and training as necessary
- Maintenance of employee records; training etc.
- Package small items for shipment
- Prepare customs documents and Bill of Lading for Export Shipments
- Attend/Participate in meetings as requested
- Issue RFQ and purchase orders
- Order material and/or tooling as requested
- Issue CAR’s for returned items and/or vendor issues
- If requested prepare Quote Sheet in preparation of Quoting and obtain material/heat treat costs.
