Customer Experience Supervisor

**About the position**
The Customer Experience Supervisor ensures the efficient and effective operation of the Customer Experience team to ensure we provide exceptional customer service. They oversee daily activities, manage schedules, monitor performance, and provide training and support to Customer Experience Associates. In addition to performing some order fulfillment duties, they handle escalated customer issues, collaborate with other departments to ensure service standards are met, and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction. By fostering a positive work environment and maintaining open communication, the Customer Experience Supervisor helps their team consistently deliver top-notch customer satisfaction that differentiates us in the market, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
**As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you will**:
- Process and manage sales orders
- Oversee daily operations of the Customer Experience team
- Manage staff schedules
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Provide training and support to Customer Experience Associates
- Assist with recruitment of new team members as required
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
- Ensure compliance with service standards and policies
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Maintain open communication within the team, and with others across the organization
- Report on team performance and customer feedback to management
- Act as a backup for customer experience coordinators.
- Performs other duties as required
**As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you have**:
- A high school diploma or GED (required)
- A certificate or diploma in a related field (preferred)
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage many tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills
- Professional appearance and manners
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and resolving customer service and client issues
- Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management
- The ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- The ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- The ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments as well as customers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High level of proficiency with ERP and CRM software
- Strong work ethic and positive mindset
