**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and utensils throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines during food handling and preparation.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain health standards.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and providing change accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is preferred.
- Experience in food preparation is a plus but not required; training will be provided as necessary.
