We are currently seeking a high energy, friendly individual, who enjoys working with people and is looking for variety in their work to join our Whitehorse team as a Personal Lines, Client Advisor.
**You might be asking**: What does a ‘Personal Lines, Client Advisor’ do? A Personal Lines, Client Advisor works with Acera (formerly CapriCMW) clients by advising, explaining, promoting, and selling, home, private auto and other personal insurance policies to ensure that they are properly covered in the event of a loss. The Client Advisor works collaboratively with clients, insurance companies and their Acera (formerly CapriCMW) team members to exceed client expectations.
**You might now be wondering, what does a day in the life of this role look like?**
The “traditional” answer includes: processing renewals, endorsements, cancellations and changes, as well as servicing new walk-in and phone-in business. Updating and maintaining automated forms of new business, endorsements, renewals and claims. Promoting and recommending optimal coverage and additional products that are available. Collecting payments from clients and providing back-up support to the front desk as necessary. Lastly, renewing existing client policies and marketing as necessary.
The “non-traditional” answer includes: working in a role where you have the opportunity to build relationships and interact with new and existing clients on a daily basis. Each of your clients’ needs vary from the last which provides variety in your work and with the support of your team you frequently come up with solutions to scenarios you have not dealt with previously. You are gratified knowing that your client left with the best coverage and an exceptional client service experience, and you are included as one of their trusted advisors.
**No experience? No problem** We know that finding someone with experience in this area can be difficult. With solid expertise in office and fantastic team willing to train, we are seeking a highly motivated “go getter” with fantastic energy and a can-do disposition, to join our team
