**Your contribution to the team**:

- To create a positive and exciting environment for every existing and prospective member in studio.
- You are the face of the studio; managing staff, instructors and member experiences.
- Setting and meeting sales goals with staff members
- You will manage member relations through Mindbody; our in-depth management software system.

This will include:

- Class check-in process;
- Handling new and existing member purchases; Handling memberships and membership inquiries
- Following up on leads as well as selling renewals/upgrades to current members.
- Cleaning the studio to ensure it is always presentable.
- Managing staff schedules, completing payroll
- Opening/Closing duties

Qualifications:

- A friendly outgoing personality with a love for people and community
- Amazing customer service skills
- Experience managing a team
- Previous sales background; experience setting and meeting sales goals and motivating employees to meet goals is a definite asset
- A can-do attitude with a keen attention to detail
- A love for fitness and/or yoga
- Experience with following marketing plans is an asset
- Experience developing engaging social media content is an asset
- Mindbody software knowledge (preferred) or equivalent CRM system

This is a full-time job that requires flexibility in schedule. Generally it is a weekday Monday - Friday position but at times will require you to be 'on-call' to employee/member questions or cover shifts on evenings and weekends when other employees may not be available.

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

- Burlington, ON L7L 0B6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
