-Provide an excellent guest experience
-Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of menu items, including allergy restrictions, and ensure staff are following the allergy protocol procedure
-Ensure guest complaints/concerns are addressed promptly and respectfully
-Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed
-Assist in the training of FOH staff
-Oversee cleaning checklists
-Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed
-Act as Manager on Duty when required
-Ensure clear communication to employees and document any HR related situations
-Provide feedback to the FOH manager on employee performance and equipment
-Assist with ordering, inventory and FOH audits
-Communicate all issues outside of their scope of responsibility to the GM
-Ensure confidentiality and protection of all employee information
-Provide a work environment that is safe and free of harassment
-Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:Valid SmartChoices certification
-Full-time, flexible availability
-FOH experience in a fast-paced restaurant
-Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal and written
-Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
-Ability to be proactive in challenging situations
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanor
-Positive attitude and team mindset
