**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work in compliance with laws and regulations, attend and complete all required health and safety training, report all accidents and safety hazards observed. Take every precaution reasonable to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Lead and motivate members of the Sales Team by developing customer service strategies aiming to provide a positive customer experience.
- Drive customer service and associate engagement by coaching associates on various techniques and approaches.
- Work with the General Manager of Retail to resolve customer escalations and resolve conflict.
- Train and supervise members of the Sales team, including being involved in the hiring process, performance management and training.
- Work collaboratively with various departments and company wide to ensure the customer journey is optimal, while balancing business and commercial needs.
- Lead and help design/implement customer experience initiatives and projects.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships.
- Be involved in managing the department's budget, ensuring projects are closely monitored and within specifications.
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs and price schedules.
- Job site visit and measures, preparing job site estimates, generate purchase orders for products, communicate issues or delays both internally and externally place and track orders for product, as it pertains to own sales.
- Assist sales associates with orders, contract preparation and financing paperwork as needed
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Customer focused with excellent customer service skills.
- Great time management, analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Effective communication both verbal and written.
- Work well under pressure while always professional, respectful, collaborative and detail oriented.
- Experience in home building supplies/improvement considered an asset.
