We have tremendous opportunities for driven leaders looking for a high-energy career. **We are seeking a Jr. Buyer in the industrial/electrical construction industry to work in our Mississauga, Ontario Division reporting to the Purchasing Manager.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Request quotations (RFQs) from vendors and subcontractors for estimating in all trades, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC to meet closing dates. Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards.
- Submit quotes to the Estimator as soon as received, also review to ensure specifications and materials are correctly quoted.
- Work with Project Manager and project team upon the award of the project to ensure all ordered materials are delivered to the job site in a quality and timely manner.
- Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and subcontractor services for construction projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material, and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased.
- Coordinate purchase order submission and approval process, follow with delivery schedule of major equipment with the project team.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM**
- 2+ years of construction purchasing, estimating, or other relevant experience in the electrical or construction field.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficient with MS Excel and purchasing database systems.
- Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
