Job Profile

To Effectively lead the testing team.

To manage, implement and maintain an effective testing process in the organization.

To create a testing infrastructure that supports the robust communication and cost effective testing framework.

To work with project manager for planning, stakeholder communication & status reporting.

Defining testing scope and methodology for different projects.

To deploy the testing methodology to meet the testing requirement of the project.

Planning, estimating and managing the testing activities for each release and delivery of

a product.

Estimate and obtain management approval for the time, resources and budget required

to perform the testing.

To identify Test systems for test data management and cross functional integration

Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones by the team members.

To take ownership of Complete QC lifecycle including active participation in UAT of Projects.

To provide periodic communication of project status to all the stakeholders including Project Manager, Dept. Head/Sr. Management.

Identify Training requirements for the team

Should have relevant working experience as a Test manager in IT sector

Should have strong technical background, with understanding in software testing technologies

Should have good client-facing and interpersonal skills

Should have good written and verbal communication skills

Should have good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Should have good knowledge in MS office

**Qualification**: BE / B.Tech / MCA
