Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP, one of Edmonton’s premier downtown firms, is seeking an intermediate to senior level commercial real estate paralegal to join our team of conveyancers.
- A minimum of four years of hand-on experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
- A high degree of initiative and self-motivation as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a proven ability to exercise independent judgment
- Core technical skills in keyboarding speed, grammar, spelling, accuracy and proofreading
- Ability to manage volumes of work in an orderly and efficient way, adjusting to situations as they arise
- Strong understanding of commercial transactions, processes and documentation;
- Experience with all due diligence searches
- APPRES accreditation an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,430.00-$82,320.00 per year
