**What You Bring**:

- **Red Seal Journeyman Certification** in Machining
- Experience in a **jobbing shop or custom fabrication** environment
- Proficiency operating **Horizontal Boring Mills** (manual and/or CNC)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
