**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Red Seal Technician with a strong background in advanced diagnostics and major component repairs. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic abilities, and in-depth knowledge of Chrysler vehicles and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, and electrical systems
- Conduct engine and transmission tear-downs, repairs, and rebuilds
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues using OEM diagnostic tools and procedures
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate findings and recommend repairs
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all work performed
- Adhere to manufacturer guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Provide mentorship and support to apprentice technicians as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal Certification as an Automotive Service Technician (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Red Seal Technician
- Extensive experience working on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles
- Strong proficiency in electrical diagnostics, engine performance, and transmission systems
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to thoroughness and quality workmanship
- Proficient in using OEM diagnostic equipment (e.g., wiTECH)
- Valid driver’s license
