**Responsibilities**:

- Measuring and combining ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- Mixing and kneading dough by hand or using machines
- Shaping dough to make bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Proofing dough and monitoring oven temperatures
- Baking items according to specified recipes and time frames
- Decorating baked goods with icings, glazes, and toppings
- Ensuring baked goods meet quality standards for appearance and taste
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and timely production

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Familiarity with baking equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients
