Sales Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in customer service and negotiation.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
