**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood and other materials.
- Restore existing structures to their original condition or enhance them with modern upgrades.
- Perform caulking and siding installation to ensure weatherproofing and aesthetic appeal.
- Ensure all work is plumb and level, adhering to building codes and safety regulations.
- Engage in heavy lifting as necessary for transporting materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and roofers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide maintenance person services as needed for various maintenance tasks around the property.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Install Cabinets and trim work in new and renovated places
- All round Carpenter that can do multi of tasks daily

**Skills**
- Proficient in carpentry techniques with a strong understanding of building codes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Experience with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site.

Pay: $25.57-$43.41 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
