We are hiring Red Deer Local, Journeyman/woman Insulators. The role is essential in the service Thomas provides to customers. You would be responsible for safely performing the installation of calcium silicate and mineral wool.

**Working Conditions**
- Hot & cold weather conditions (indoor and outdoor)
- Working at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for all sites (steel-toed boots, gloves, coveralls, etc.)

**Training Requirements**

Safety is our **top priority** and we require all staff to meet the requirements for all project sites. We have listed our training requirements below; training may be assigned/removed by the customer depending on the project requirements.

**Core Training Requirements**
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification is required
- WHMIS 2015
- CSTS 2020

**Additional Requirements**
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in insulation, scaffolding, or related field
- Must be cleanly shaven
- Site-specific training as required
- Commitment to consistent adherence to safety regulations
- Ability to commute or plan to relocate

**Salary**: $23.37-$43.05 per hour

- 10 hour shift
