Operations & Production Coordinator - 12 Month Contract
- The UMC team works four days a week from our creative campus located in Liberty Village, Toronto and one day to work virtually._

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate systems set up for manufactured new release products- Arrange acquisition of production elements ie: packaging artwork, audio/video masters, bill of materials creation etc.- Work with prepress suppliers enabling print ready files- Supplier provision of approved masters and artwork files for final manufacture- Creation and maintenance of label copy in international business system (R2)- Department administration duties such as various data entry, UniPort PO creation- Departmental back up/support- Other duties/special projects as assigned
- Responsibilities:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in Operations/Production is a definite asset- Knowledge of social media and current platforms of entertainment consumption- Solid understanding of the e-commerce marketplace- Strong technical abilities using the Shopify platform and Partner API solutions- Google Analytics reporting with meaningful data insights- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Meticulous attention to detail and follow through- Extremely organized with superior time management skills- Ability to work on multiple projects and produce high-quality results under tight deadlines in a team environment- Ability to work independently, take initiative and desire to optimize processes and efficiencies- Ability to be proactive by identifying potential issues and taking action to rectify- Experience with analytics, search engine and social media marketing- Strong interest in music and pop culture- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
