We provide cutting-edge resources to make your work life safe and efficient **ABOUT THE ROLE** The Warehouse Associate Order Puller which part of our Shipping department is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. **COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE** Starting pay is **$20.60** per hour CAD. Monday - Friday 11am-7:30pm, Non-Exempt (Seasonal) **_ Note: _**_As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, 90 days from the date of hire._** **WHAT YOU WILL DO** - Picks customer orders - Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects items. - Drives an electric cart to pick orders. - Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy standards. - Inspect products for defects or damages. - Maintains a neat, clean, and safe warehouse work environment. - Follows all safety rules. - Acts professionally and remains focused. - Performs other duties as assigned. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** - Must be 18 years of age. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Ability to read and speak English. - Must have reliable transportation. - Ability to follow detailed instructions. - Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery. - Must be comfortable using electronic devices. - Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation. - Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately. - Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information. - Must be flexible with start and departure time changing. - Ability to work overtime when needed. - Ability to work independently without close supervision. - Responsible for any additional duties assigned. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs.
