Painter/labourer

We manage residential properties in Burlington & Oakville.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Drywall repairs
- Painting
- Minor building maintenance inside and outside

**Requirements**:

- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Provide general assistance to maintenance staff

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in construction painting
- Proficiency in drywall and restoration work
- Strong skills in residential and commercial painting
- Knowledge of carpentry and the use of hand tools
- Excellent time management and customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
