Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a restaurant establishment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and assembly according to established recipes and procedures
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Provide friendly customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Sanitize workstations and equipment regularly to ensure a safe food environment
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food setting is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling, cashiering, and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating change accurately
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant as needed
