**We are looking to add experienced landscape CREW LEADERS to our growing teams **We are looking for hard-working, reliable, prompt and motivated crew leaders. If you like working outside and being physically active, this is the job for you

**Duties include**:

- Perform landscape maintenance duties, such as spring/fall clean ups, mowing and trimming
- Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, blowers, grass trimmers and small machinery
- Coordinate and work with other crew members performing maintenance/planting according to schedule and standards
- Ensure clients are pleased with our garden and/or landscape care
- Produce timely, accurate progress reports and timesheets
- Maintain your tools, vehicle tidiness, and vehicle supplies
- Manage team of 2-4 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team
- Safely load and unload equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly secured upon departure from site(s)

**What You Have**:

- Valid Class G driver's license with clean abstract
- Experienced in driving truck & trailer
- Minimum **2 Years** previous experience as a crew leader or leadership position
- Commitment to coming into work Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday depending on the weather)
- Pride in your workmanship
- Horticulture or landscape education or experience would be an asset
- Good communication skills
- Experience in operating and maintaining of equipment

**Position Type & Schedule**:Full time with seasonal fluctuations - expect to be busier during spring/fall season changes, and slightly less in the middle of summer and winter.

Wage is negotiable and is determined based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
