**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shoring and foundation department.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Direct Superintendents and Foreman on daily job activities.
- Manage look ahead schedules for manpower and equipment.
- Co-ordinate with Equipment Maintenance and Engineering groups.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
- Manage, hire and mentor a team of shoring and foundation professionals.
- Lead safety culture to ensure Safety remains a Core Value for the group.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.
- Work closely with the estimation team to ensure that all projects are accurately estimated, and alternate designs are properly evaluated.
- Ensure that the department is meeting its financial targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Shoring and Foundation Operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
