We know that when youth are engaged in positive youth development programs leveraging sport, their life outcomes are more positive and brighter: They have increased graduation rates, higher wages, greater self-confidence and offers a way of realizing individual potential and dreams.

The 50/50 raffle is held at each home-game for the REDBLACKS, 67’s, Atletico, Blackjacks and other special events at TD Place. Revenue raised through charitable gaming is invested in positive youth development programs for children and youth with barriers.

The position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the 50/50 lottery gaming program and ensuring compliance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the broader OSEG Foundation and staff.

**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Coordinate the financial, marketing, technical, reporting, staffing, and logístical components of each raffle;
- Hire, schedule, train, motivate and supervise a diverse group of 50/50 sellers and game-day supervisors;
- Conduct all pre and post draw operations;
- Assist in the management of 50/50 technology;
- Achieve revenue goals;
- Monitor staff and raffle performance through data analysis;
- Assists with basic day-to-day administrative tasks related to the OSEG Foundation, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and with accuracy;
- Coordinate and support program delivery, execute logistics and organize necessary materials;
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in sport management, administration or other related field preferable. A combination of relevant academic qualifications and experience may be accepted;
- Experience in revenue generation. Specific experience managing a 50/50 program would be considered a definite asset;
- 1-2 years of experience supervising part-time employees;
- Experience providing administrative support to a team;
- Ability to thrive and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment;
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills;
- Comfortable working with a variety of technologies and solution providers;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and achieve quality results;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingualism is an asset;
- Available to work evenings and weekends mandatory;
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position including standing/walking/climbing stairs and moving equipment for extended periods of time.
