Treasury Technician

As a Treasury Technician within Pomerleau's treasury team, you will support the team in administering various functions such as cash management, credit facilities, letters of credit, and managing foreign exchange and interest rate risks, among others. A strong emphasis will be placed on various support and compliance activities.

**What You Will Do**

**Daily cash management**:Support the team in managing treasury activities, including bank account management, documentation, KYC requests, and tax forms.

**Financial reporting**: Produce recurring reports used by the treasury team, such as daily cash position and KPIs.

**Banking documentation**: Prepare and update all documentation required by banks.

**Bank transfers**:Monitor bank transfers related to interest payments, foreign currency purchases, cash surplus management, and inter-company transfers.

**Quarter-end and year-end**: Participate in the financial information production process, including compliance certificates.

**Financial fees tracking**:Participate in tracking financial fees, including interest, commitment, letter of credit, agency fees, etc., and submit information to the accounting department.

**Bank account management**: Perform tasks related to the opening, closing, and compliance of bank accounts.

**Inter-departmental collaboration**:Collaborate with various departments (legal, accounting, operations) both internally and externally.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- You have a diploma in administration or any other relevant training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Rigorous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Enjoy working in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CMIC (asset), and SAP (asset)
