**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create test cases and test scripts based on requirement documents and business user stories
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using test automation tools (especially Python + Robot Framework)
- Execute test cases (manual and automated), document test results, and raise defects as needed
- Work with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and qTest for test management, defect management, and reporting
- Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming sessions, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives
- Conduct functional, system integration, end-to-end (E2E), regression, and re-testing
- Take part in defect triage and scrum meetings

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA/test environment focused on technical, automated testing (cloud, distributed, mainframe, APIs, databases)
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Robot Framework (must-have)
- Good knowledge of QE processes, testing lifecycle, SDLC, and defect management
- Experience with QE/DevOps tools: JIRA, Confluence, QTest, HP ALM, Jenkins, GIT
- Proficient with database technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, IMS, and strong SQL skills
- Experience in test automation frameworks and tools: Robot Framework, SoapUI/ReadyAPI, Postman, Selenium WebDriver
- Familiarity with microservices and API testing
- Hands-on knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving, design, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, with leadership in test automation vision and innovation

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Software Quality Certification
- Experience with Azure Snowflake and Data Lake

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour - $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
