**Job Title: QA Lead**
**Location: Montreal / Halifax (Hybrid/Onsite)**

**Role Overview**:
Seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive testing strategies with a focus on Disaster Recovery (DR). Responsible for defining DR testing frameworks, creating test cases, implementing automation and health-checks, and ensuring system resilience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute DR testing strategy.
- Create and maintain test cases aligned with business processes.
- Build automation frameworks and health-check scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end testing.
- Document results, track issues, and ensure compliance.
- Mentor and guide QA team members.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 7+ years QA/Software Testing experience, with 2+ years in a lead role.
- Experience in DR testing, high-availability systems, and resilience validation.
- Skilled in test case design, automation tools (Selenium, Python, Shell), and health-check scripting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $39,666.02-$114,102.38 per year
