**SALES MANAGER - Toyota Division**

We are looking for a driven, innovative person who embraces our core values and our common purpose to build lasting relationships by creating an enthusiastic fulfilling experience for everyone.
- Have managerial experience
- Have experience in a New Vehicle Sales environment.
- Be able to plan, organize, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, as determined by senior management.
- Have the ability to motivate, train, and build a strong team using proven strong team building skills
- Have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Show the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
- Have proven inventory management skills
- Have the ability to pay attention to detail
- Be able to multi task
- Have a solid sales background and proven track record of your achievements, personally or professionally
- Have excellent listening skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
