ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

**Position Summary**

**Key Duties And Responsibilities**
- Proactively collaborate with the Strategic Marketing Manager to identify and execute both marketing and retail support related initiatives.
- Consult with sales and customer teams to understand their business needs to strengthen and deepen relationships, and to ensure we are driving “custom” marketing and supply chain solutions, retail audits and strategy development. Coordinate customer and internal sales events as required.
- Lead the complex efforts around leveraging Marketing tools and resources (Impact Presentations, Industry Research, Data Guide, Business Charter Workshops, and MPC Sales Training Tools).
- Lead the reporting of Sales Metrics and key initiatives and communicate these to the Strategic Marketing Manager and NSDs as required.
- Stay in tune with what drives success within our industry and working with the team to develop new and relevant products / services that we can leverage to drive sales and the development of new and relevant value propositions.
- Lead the complex Power Point development initiatives for key customer and prospect presentations ensuring brand consistency in all efforts.
- Communicate and administer company policies.
- Develop and manage processes and procedures to effectively transition new key business.
- Support corporate marketing initiatives as required.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

**Education Required**
High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Education Desired**
High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Other Certifications Required Or Desired**
Pursuing postsecondary degree

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

**Work Experience Required**
Interest in structural and graphic packaging design

**Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired**
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive, proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient in Work, Excel and PowerPoint
