**As an Electrical Designer, Co-op you will**:

- Participate in team meetings; provide input and ideas for improving business and design development
- Expedite special projects to ensure timely delivery
- Work within deadlines of project specifications
- Support team decisions and strategies and contribute to team projects.
- Share in handling workload for positive results.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and company effectiveness.

**As a Project Coordinator, Electrical / Mechanical co op will**:

- Support the project manager, project team and site superintendents in any administrative project functions.
- Assist in the preparation of time sheets and expenses for accuracy and submission.
- Maintain/update document control logs for change notices, shop drawings, RFIs, close out documents, support invoicing and preparation of supporting documentation.
- Update drawings/specifications based on change notices.
- Track and update project schedules and labour as required.
- Assist in performing QA inspections and activities
- Coordinate and log all HSE related items inspections JHA's, GC requirements and Sub requirements.

**As a Finance Co Op you will**:

- Support the finance team; accounting, project accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reporting.
- Set-up and close out jobs in the company ERP system.
- Reconcile invoices for billings and accounts payable.
- Compile, review and/or perform data entry of project cost forecasts.
- Process billings for accounts receivable.
- Contribute to the team's special projects.
- Other finance duties as assigned

**Jr. Graphic Designer Co-op**

Plan Group is looking for a talented Jr. Graphic Designer Co-op to join our team.
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in Media Arts, Graphic Design or Digital Specialist
- Experience with photo editing, typography, web design, video and print production
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Raw, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, etc.) and Powerpoint.
- Solid understanding of image formats and graphic compression tools
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines

BRAND
- Champion and adhere to the Plan Group brand guidelines
- Participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions

DESIGN
- Design and update/edit existing templates
- Deliver assets for design projects across various media and platforms (digital and print) using design software Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
- Produce icons, graphics, tiles, call-to-actions, and other marketing materials
- Develop, edit, and add graphics to PowerPoint presentations.

IMAGE CURATION
- Responsible for organizing, editing and gathering images

VIDEO PRODUCTION
- Deliver assets for video projects across various media using software such as Premiere Pro and Dreamweaver
- Development of graphic elements for video production
- Animate video (motion design) for advertisements on social platform and other communications
- Participate in the design of internal and external videos for social media, internal campaigns, and events
