- Participate actively and succeed in the training program.- Carry out the maintenance and repair of various Caterpillar models present in the area of employment according to established quality standards.
- Complete service reports accurately.
- Contribute to the efforts of the team to meet the requirements of our customers.

- This program is for graduates holding a DEP in Heavy Equipment Mechanics
- Good learning ability
- Available to travel
- Available to work on different shifts
