**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services on behalf of clients.
- Provide detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are accurate and complete.
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and industry changes to provide informed advice.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the planning process and during their travels.
- Handle any issues or changes that arise before or during the trip with professionalism.
- Educate clients on travel insurance options and other protective measures for their journeys.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a related customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple client requests efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; public speaking abilities are a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to educate clients about various travel options and industry practices.
- Proficient in using booking software and online resources for travel arrangements.
