**SOMMAIRE**
Assister le gestionnaire dans diverses activités de vente et soutenir le service à la clientèle.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Échanger des informations avec les différents services internes
- Soutenir le service client avec des informations sur les produits
- Entretenir d'excellentes relations d'affaires avec les clients en fournissant des informations précises et en aidant à résoudre les problèmes ou les demandes de renseignements
- Préparer les rapports de vente et les contrats
- Gérer les échéanciers des projets et assurer un suivi serré des délais
- Mettre à jour les informations client au besoin
- Organiser et participer à diverses réunions
- Tenir à jour une liste des problèmes et des résolutions
- Recueillir diverses informations sur le projet à partir de différentes sources (Internet, clients, détaillants, etc.)
- Effectuer la commande et la saisie des données
- Communiquer avec les clients
- Participer à divers projets commerciaux et administratifs
**ÉDUCATION, EXPÉRIENCE, COMPÉTENCES**
Diplôme en administration, marketing ou autres lieux similaires
- Bilingue (français & anglais)
- Microsoft Office, niveau intermédiaire (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en vente
- Expérience avec le service à la clientèle est un atout certain
- Axée sur les solutions
- Méticuleux
- Apprentissage rapide
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication

- **SUMMARY**
Assist the manager with miscellaneous sales activities and support the customer service department.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Exchange information with various internal departments
- Support the customer service with product information
- Maintain excellent business relationships with clients by providing accurate information and helping with problems or inquiries
- Prepare sales reports & contracts
- Manage project schedules and ensure tight deadline follow ups
- Update customer information as required
- Arrange & participate in various meetings
- Maintain a list of issues and resolutions
- Collect diverse project information from different sources (Internet, clients, retailers, etc.)
- Perform order & data entry
- Communicate with customers
- Assist in various sales & administrative projects
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS**
- Degree in administration, marketing or other similar venues
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Microsoft Office, intermediate level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
- Experience with customer service is a definite asset
- Solution oriented
