**Overview**

OYH Roofing is a trusted commercial roofing company proudly serving most of Ontario. Based in the GTA, we specialize in commercial and industrial flat roofing systems. Our team is committed to quality workmanship, safety, and delivering outstanding value to our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced **Commercial Roofing Foreman** to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their craft, and knows how to lead a crew efficiently and professionally.

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead roofing crews on commercial/industrial flat roofing projects
- Report directly to supervisor
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope of work
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and team members
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor crew members as needed

**Skills**
- 5+ years of commercial flat roofing experience (TPO, EPDM, BUR, Mod-Bit, etc.)
- 2+ years of foreman or crew leader experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Working at Heights and other relevant safety certifications an asset

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
