Customer Supply Chain Co-op

We are looking for a Co-op student to join our Customer Supply Chain team for Winter 2025 This is great exposure for individuals looking to gain valuable supply chain experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately process, audit and manage customer orders in JDE (including availability, compliance and timeliness)
- Follow-up on all stock shortages, order shipping, customer specific requirements (i.e. ticketing and labeling) and miscellaneous issues that relate to the accurate and timely shipment of all orders.
- Be the point of contact with customers to answer questions/resolve discrepancies regarding stock, availability, shortages, timing of shipments and company policies regarding minimum order size, back orders etc.
- Complete month end reporting and month end closing activities on a timely basis
- Process OS&D deductions for assigned customer portfolio and provide insights/learnings to Customer Supply Chain Manager
**Soft Skills/Requirements**:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to communicate and articulate ideas with ease
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drive and self-starter
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies an asset
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous industry / customer service knowledge is considered an asset
- Bilingual French / English is considered an asset
