Position Overview Join to apply for the Regional Lead, Supply Chain Ops role at Rogers Communications. The role is based at the Calgary National Distribution Centre and reports to the Regional Supervisor, Supply Chain. This position leads daily warehouse operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures safety and compliance across the RFC team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations in the Supervisor’s absence. Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve efficiency and safety. Ensure SOPs and work procedures are adhered to and document amendments. Create management reports on operational activity, metrics, and expenditures. Prioritize and assign tasks to meet schedules and targets, participate in Lean and continuous improvement programs. Oversee receiving, pick, pack, and ship functions; manage delivery appointments and picking orders. Lift items up to 50lbs; large items may require two-person or mechanical assistance. Mentor, coach, and train team members in line with National Supply Chain Best Practices. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Adhere to all safety procedures on site. Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Regional Supervisor. Collaborate effectively within and across teams. Maintain compliance with business procedure guidelines using tools such as Oracle, Logfire WMS, Word, Excel, Outlook. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum 3 years of warehouse and logistics experience. Minimum 3 years of customer service experience. Experience leading employees or managing direct reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and WMS/Oracle ERP systems. Must meet employer attendance policy. Strong customer‑care orientation and friendly demeanor. Ability to stand for long periods, significant walking, and forklift certification. Valid driver’s license. Background Check To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre‑employment criminal background check will be conducted. Additional credit check or drivers abstract may be required.
