**Cash Canada Pawn** is a full-service pawnbroker in Red Deer, AB. We are looking for a Pawnbroker to join our team and provide excellent customer service and a high level of professionalism to our clients.

We are hiring motivated Sales and Loan Associates that are open for an opportunity that offers career growth in the pawnshop environment and that allows them to connect with people in their community and make a positive difference in our customers lives.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
- Ability to offer and describe various solutions and their benefits to the customer.
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewellery, game systems, cellphones, and other electronics.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work setting:

- Specialty store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Red Deer, AB T4N 4B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
