Job description

The Diet Clerk is responsible for day to day diet office operation that includes processing patients dietary and nutrition requirements using food service software system (Computrition). The diet clerk is responsible for:
Management of regular and therapeutic diets including manipulating changes in meal patterns.

Reviews database generated reports to ensure patient’s data accuracy based on diet and/or nutrition prescriptions and patient’s meal selections.

Prepares diet/nutrition/meal selection reports as requested by clinical staff.

Updates patient’s notes in Computrition system based on current dietary order sheets and latest patient information.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Computrition: 1 year (required)
- Healthcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Certification (required)
