**Full Job Description**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful discussions on social media channels
- Monitor social media trends, feedback, and conversations related to the company, the industry, and competitors to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly
- Regularly review and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and promo codes, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Cultivate relationships with loyal followers and turn them into brand advocates who help spread the company's message
- Facilitate the Shopify order process for advocates, ensuring they receive products promptly and efficiently, delivering tracking updates and handing exchanges or returns
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to align social media efforts with the company's overall goals and strategy
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary education in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience working in sales.
- Willingness to learn and grow
- An analytical mindset to draw conclusions based on data
- Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability work as part of a team
- Extremely well organized
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of Shopify is a bonus
