**Overview**
St. Paul Curling Club is seeking qualified individuals or organizations to submit tenders for the provision of custodial services. This role is essential for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests.

**Scope of Services**:
The successful tenderer will be responsible for the daily, weekly, and event-based maintenance of the club’s facilities, including:

- **General Facility Support**:

- Provide support to the Board and the Club as a whole in maintaining a functional and presentable facility.
- **Basic Equipment Maintenance**:

- Report maintenance concerns/required repairs to the Board on items such as: toilets, faucets, tables, chairs and floors.
- **Restroom Cleaning**:

- Thoroughly clean all restrooms weekly.
- Empty garbage from the restrooms as needed.
- Regularly refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers.
- **Floor Maintenance**:

- Sweep and mop all floors weekly during the regular season.
- Vacuum runners in the entrance and main foyer weekly.
- **Waste Management**:

- Empty garbage receptacles in a timely manner (as needed).
- **Window Cleaning**:

- Wash windows in the upstairs and downstairs viewing areas weekly.
- Clean windows in the foyer and locker rooms as needed (minimum of twice per season).
- **Event Maintenance**:

- During bonspiels and special events, perform all above duties daily (at a minimum).
- Chairs will be steam cleaned yearly.

**Areas to be Cleaned**:

- **Main Floor**:

- Foyer
- Viewing area
- Kitchen (when used)
- Locker rooms
- Washrooms
- Stairs to the lounge (including secondary set)
- Snow removal from the front entrance as required
- **Upstairs**:

- Viewing area
- Washrooms
- Bar area

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in facility maintenance and cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, particularly during events.

**Submission Requirements**:
Tender submissions should include:

- A detailed proposal outlining the applicant's experience and qualifications (resume).
- RCMP Vulnerable Sector Check.
- References.
