**Job Description**:
As a dynamic and growing global performance luxury brand, Canada Goose is investing in sustainable business practices to ensure we are contributing to positive impacts for the future. The Specialist, Corporate Sustainability Reporting will play a key role in executing our overarching Sustainable Impact Strategy and assisting with various business-wide social and environmental reporting initiatives.
As the Specialist, Corporate Sustainability Reporting you will be responsible for data management and reporting, research, and programmatic support across many of our sustainability initiatives.

**The Role**:
- Support our annual Sustainability Reporting needs including alignment to recognized standards (i.e., GRI and SASB), content and asset management, weekly calls, and communications with external consultants
- Support our environmental initiatives by assisting with our annual GHG emissions inventory and reporting on our progress to Net Zero
- Support ESG reporting in the organization by defining metrics and designing and implementing consistent data collection processes
- Support data collection by relevant departments and external stakeholders for Canada Goose’s annual submission to the Higg Index BRM, FEM, and FSLM
- Work with Investor Relations team and other key stakeholders to assist in the preparation and review of annual disclosures and investor reports
- Support our social performance initiatives by synthesizing audit findings and communicating progress
- Work cross-functionally to ensure our Sustainable Impact Strategy and key KPIs are integrated across the company’s greater corporate strategy
- Manage general department administration and budget needs as required
**About You**:
- 3+ years of relevant corporate experience in Sustainability or ESG, preferably in retail, consulting, or finance
- Post-secondary degree in Sustainability, accounting, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Enjoy working with data with advanced analytic and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge and experience with applicable global sustainability standards (Higg Index, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD)
- Understanding of ESG reporting, both in terms of legislation and investor expectations
