We’re seeking a passionate and experienced **Hospitality Manager** to help us lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service with consistency, warmth, and precision.

**About the Role**
As the **Hospitality Manager**, you’re not only the face of the restaurant—you’re the driving force behind our service culture. You’ll lead and inspire the front-of-house team, oversee the flow of service, manage reservations and guest experiences, and serve as the bridge between front
- and back-of-house operations. Your leadership ensures every shift runs seamlessly and that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on connection, has a natural eye for detail, and is deeply committed to creating memorable experiences for guests and staff alike.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coach the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of warmth, teamwork, and high-level hospitality
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including floor management, guest flow, and service coordination
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments using platforms such as OpenTable
- Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and timing of service
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of hosts and service staff to uphold standards of excellence
- Uphold cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards at all times to reflect the Veranda brand
- Identify and implement systems to improve guest satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role in an upscale hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with reservation management systems (OpenTable proficiency is a plus)
- Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Valid ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
