**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage tabs for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure availability.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food service operations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and managing tabs effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Cashiering experience is beneficial for processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism in a busy environment.
