Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender / Server to join our team. As a Bartender / Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. As to promote a positive team environment, debit tips are pooled and paid out in splits.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails according to established recipes
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and establishment
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving customers
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience a bar, lounge, or nightclub preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and basic math skills
- Must be at least years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
